We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your massage apparel or professional linens do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return form or RMA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
